Care (LAC) Health Plan, Los Angeles, California, via subcontractor agreement with FlexTech Operational Readiness and Business Continuity Program Director for CSPplus (March 2016 to March 2017) - Leader and decision-making autonomy for the development of the program strategic vision and plan for the highest priority initiative or Job 1 with LAC, in which the program is intended to ensure all goals and objectives of the overarching CSPplus program are successfully implemented in alignment with the wave rollout timeline. Program has cross-functional outreach; with the focus on communication, cultural transformation, operations training, and enterprise resiliency (BC/DR), to include exercises (connectivity, functional, & table-top) and after action reviews. eBay, San Jose, California via subcontractor agreement with ZedVentures (July 2015 to February 2016) Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Program Manager/SME for eBay Office of the CIO (OCIO) – Leadership, facilitated and completed BIA interviews for OCIO departments and loaded data into Sustainable Planner tool for completion of BIA reports. Provided leadership for the business continuity and disaster recovery programs to mature the program while ensuring annual cycle tasks are completed in compliance with global resiliency requirements, which includes policy and procedures, and standards for plan creation, review, update, and completion of functional and tabletop exercises. 2015 accomplishments included review and update of 122 DRPs, completion of exercises for all Tier 1 and Tier 2 applications prior to annual moratorium, and fulfillment of plan review and updates for all Tier 3, 4, and 5 applications before the end of the calendar year as per SOW.

Sutter Health Information Systems, Rancho Cordova, CA (September 2011 to March 2012) – Sr. Project Manager, supporting the Sutter Health Enterprise Warehouse and enterprise decision support

system projects. Providing support to the PMO by managing the clinical system services and data online services/information management projects.
