PROFILE

With a university degree in Petroleum Engineering, I have been involved in all stages and aspects of well test operations, including Testing Data Acquisition, Test Design & Planning (Test Well On Paper - TWOP). I have significant amount of onshore and offshore experiences, working with producing and service companies, and engineering consultancy firms.

WORK EXPERIENCE DETAILS

Experience in DAQ operation

1.Well Fluid Services Nigeria Limited.

Prepared iPro 1000 wireless data acquisition (DAQ) system for mobilization to site.

Rigged-up wireless pressure and temperature sensors (field units) on well test/production equipments and other required locations.

Launched & Set up the DataPORT monitor software prior to well opening.

Monitored well test data using the DataPORT monitor software.

Exported the acquired well test data from the Data monitor software to HALLIBURTON’S RPT6 for processing and preparation of test reports.

Rigged-up pressure and temperature gauges (based on rating specification) on the wellhead, separator, data-header, Surge tanks and other required positions.

Rigged-up Separator instrumentation: Differential Barton Recorder (1500psi/400InchH2O), Digital Differential meter, 1” & 2” Turbine meter/totalizer (for both Oil and Water lines) etc.

Manually acquired well test & production data during well testing and extended testing (EPF).

With the aid of other well test personnel, I carried out Combined Meter Factor (CMF) for meter proving and Oil shrinkage.

Sampled and measured well effluent properties; BS&W, Salinity, Specific gravity of oil & gas, API gravity.

Attended pre-job and post-job meetings.

Accompany the well test supervisor on rig-visits.

Prepared rig-up process flow diagram (PFD) for well test/production operations in Anieze (ANZ) & Okuibome (OKW) fields, using AutoCAD

Spot and rigged-up well test/production equipment according to a defined PFD for well testing.

Participated in gas-lifting/Activation of newly completed wells in Anieze and Okuibome fields, based on well test programme.
