JOB PROFILE

FINISHING DEPARTMENT:

1.Responsible for shipment plan based on shipment styles prioritized by the merchants.

2.Responsible for generating MIS reports for the monthly shipments done, rejection reports, alteration reports, stain reports etc.

3.Responsible for making shipment plan based on priorities given by merchandisers and have knowledge about CTPAT packing methods.

4.To participate in Pre-production meetings for planning packing methods prior to inspection and shipments.

5.Responsible in handling the buyer QC’s for conducting final inspections before shipments.

6.To motivate the employees to produce quality product.

7.To monitor entire finishing department and ensure production targets are achieved.

8.To maintain the MMR of Finishing section.

9.Have more exposure to woven bottoms and shirts.

10.Have knowledge of washing shrinkage and shade variations.

11. Have capacity to handle a team and pack 15000pcs/day

12. Have handled buyers like George, Matalan, Perry Ellis, Gant, Z-labels, Next, FOTL, Woolworth etc.
