During my employment with the Social Security Administration office I helped in many different areas of the office. Initially, I began as a mail clerk, during which time I helped sort all incoming mail. I distributed all incoming mail to the right departments and I picked up all outgoing mail and made sure it all went out in a timely manner. I ensured the supply room was adequately stocked with all supplies for the entire office. I did all confidential document shredding that needed to be done for the entire office. I was also a file clerk for entire office. I kept all files in alphabetical order, making sure each file was placed in the right department according to each individual type of file. I had the responsibility of processing all incoming death notices into the computer system as well as all incoming direct deposit request forms. *On a quarterly basis, processed all reports necessary for the Texas Workforce Commission and ensured all payments were processed in a timely manner.

*On a weekly basis, prepared food and labor cost reports. Also, on a weekly basis prepared an extensive inventory report.
