Job Description

American Heart Association CPR Instructor

Duties: Facilitating Cardiopulmonary (CPR) courses in following disciplines: PALS, ACLS, BLS, and Heart Saver in accordance with American Heart Association established guidelines.

Endoscopy Gastrointestinal Registered Nurse:

Duties: Patient and family teaching, Establishing IV access, assessing patients’ for contraindications prior to scheduled procedures. Monitor patients for predictable patient outcomes and ensure discharge when safely appropriate, Display a working knowledge of respiratory physiology and ability to manage patient airways during sedation and provide supplemental oxygen as needed. Utilize reversal agents as needed to return patients to baseline, collecting and proper handling of all specimens.

ICU Nurse Manager:

Duties: Promoted and restored patients' health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care area; directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families. Updated policies and procedures, which improved the quality of care, led the ICU unit to pass Joint Commission Accreditation.

ICU Staff Nurse:

Duties: Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Managing cardiac drips safely, Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
