Designed custom rotary vacuum feedthroughs. Create all required drawings and documents from concept to production using AutoCad 2D and SolidWorks.
Generate functional BOM’s and production routings with specific instructions and testing requirements in MRP.
Initiate 8D reports to ensure consistency in quality whenever production issues arise. Designed or improved on existing fixtures/tools to support production in maintaining quality.
