Designed custom rotary vacuum feedthroughs. Create all required drawings and documents from concept to production using AutoCad 2D and SolidWorks.

Generate functional BOM’s and production routings with specific instructions and testing requirements in MRP.

Initiate 8D reports to ensure consistency in quality whenever production issues arise. Designed or improved on existing fixtures/tools to support production in maintaining quality.

Maintained all laser etching programs. Trained and supervised technicians on how to operate etching equipment.

Responsible for identify and receive in all RMA’s, both Rigaku products and non-Rigaku products. Provide Failure Analysis Report per customers request as to why their product(s) may have failed and suggest possible improvements to extend the life of their product(s).

Complete the identification of all non-Rigaku RMA products those haven’t been previously identified. Identify and document all components that require replacing in the lucrative business of repairing product(s).

Designs included components such as: pneumatic valves, gate valves, check valves, Mass Flow Controllers (MFC), and various in line filters.
