Compensation and Benefits Administration
Maintains a pay plan by conducting salary benchmarking surveys with related industries and makes recommendations for pay structure revisions as necessary.
Maintains employee benefits programs by assessing benefit needs and trends and makes recommendations on benefit programs to management. HR Administration
Establish Company HR Policies, Procedures, programs and practices beneficial to all employees.
Maintains personnel records – 201 files.
Monitor all manpower providers of the company (labor contracting only, security force) for its compliance with Philippine Labor Laws.
