Responsible for Erection & Commissioning of the machines

Responsible for preparing and maintaining the annual preventive maintenance schedule and predictive maintenance schedule

Responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance.

Responsible for maintaining safety standards in Plant and shop floor

Handling and maintain the ISO/TS documents.

Implementation of 5s activities on the production floor.

Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.

Analysis of various break down and find out root cause for same helping in reducing breakdown.

Skill enhancement and competency gap analysis for maintenance Team.

Handling the main power/team and shop floor management.
