Title : Establishment of WPS for Delhi Metro

Environment : B.E.M.L (Spot Welding)

Description : The main theme of our project is to establish WPS containing all the welding parameters for Indirect Spot Welding of Metro Car Body manufactured from stainless steel material.

In Order to achieve this we perform conventional trial and error method for obtaining the optimum parameters of different variables (I, T, R)

Out of all the parameters the optimum values of different variables giving the good quality of spot weld as per the J I S followed by rolling Spot Industries, will put into WPS for regular production activity for continuous production of Metro Car Body.
