- Then work as a call center agent(CCA) for 11 months. Doing outbound and Inbound calls.
- l learned about call centre golden rules and structures of a booking that are: call opening, call resolution, call closing, generics. l also learned the role of a call centre agent that being the first point of contact with the customer, the CCA must be able to deliver the desired level of service, have the ability to operate efficiently under pressure, to arrange a delivery appointments that suit the customer and the ability to make critical decisions and to accurately capture all necessary information. I also learned about call centre skills: greeting skills, listening skills, verbal skills, call handling skills, problem handling skills, closing skills.
