Prepare Job package for instrument troubleshooting (P1.P2.Emergency). Prepare instrument troubleshooting jobs planning and arrange manpow er. Prepare preventive maintenance plan according to company standard Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Instruments calibration (smart and FF devices). As like Pressure. Flow Level Temperature, Control valve with configuration parameter

(Field as w ell as control system).

Prepare SAT planning w ith vendor for system testing and collected all necessary documents. Instruments Loop and function test folder review.

Instruments Loop checking and keep tracking (Record). Instrument function test (SIS/SIF validation).

SRS form review with voting logic.

Turbine and Compressor commissioning.

Instruments Hook up drawing with material specification review Instruments Engineering index as like Alarm high low set point & tripping Instrument Punches list prepare and review critical and no critical and updated in tracking sheet as w ell as loop folder. Instruments specification datasheet review.

Instruments commissioning procedure prepares.

Redline ILD. Datasheet.ILD prepare & configuration parameter in DCS as w ell as field accordingly. Review system (Unit) readiness commissioning Job packages(MCC).
