AT&T Consumer Services, Morristown, NJ 2001 - 2003

Promoted to Finance Manager in Consumer Finance organization to assist with the development of a more complex Customer Profitability Model (EyeProfit) due to my prior experience with profitability modeling. This web-based tool provided managers with detailed financial and operational data in a timely manner in order to make better business decisions. Developed and maintained cost assignment methodology. Worked with partners across AT&T Consumer Services (ACS) to determine appropriate drivers of expense and designed algorithms to assign expenses down to the customer level.
