Description:

Preparation of plot plan, equipment layouts piping studies, piping GA, piping specification. Getting inputs from civil, electrical / instrumentation departments for pipe routing purposes. Verifying piping layout, isometric, P&ID, structural Supports drawings from various department. Coordinate with Process Engineer / Customer for clarifications on design requirements. 2. ALFA IN / 45 Days

Description:

Responsible for the continuous running of equipment and machinery. Control and monitoring devices and occasionally in the manufacture of items that will help in maintenance. To work with other professionals in order to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Responsibilities:

Supervision, monitoring and coordinating of all shutdown activities which include maintenance, inspection and testing of gas plant.

Coordination and liaising with owner /client for shutdown preparation and activities.

Close supervision, coordinating and Extraction of U Tube and straight tube bundles of exchangers, using Bundle puller.

Inspection of U tube bundles for corrosion and witness NDE examination where required.

Servicing of various types of rotating equipment such as valves, pumps and compressors.

Maintenance of all major static equipments like heat exchangers, fin fan coolers, columns, and pressure vessels.

Maintenance of high pressure shell and tube heat exchanger involving cleaning of fouled tubes with the help of high pressure pumps/ water jetting equipments.

Supervision of scaffolding erection safe for use.

Final handover of shutdown activities and documents.

SITE STUDY

Description: Design analyzing System for critical pipe lines, utility pipes and vent drain pipes, spray system, jacketing pipe, supporting structures, Etc.

Work Based On: Supporting structures and pipe routing clash check, BOM, Drain, vent, critical pipe &non-critical pipes, silencer pipes, utilities pipes, structures for pipe supports, cable trays, elevation and exhaust pipe.

Major work responsibility:

1.SITE PIPING ENGINEER

Piping internal inspection witness for large bore piping.

Check if the latest construction drawings are used and ensure work permits (confined space welding, grinding, erection, work for high level, etc), and request scaffolding constructions.

Check work front and coordinate with other disciplines and also the flange alignment.

Prepare daily and weekly reports.

Schedule monitoring for manpower mobilization welding dia-inch.

2.PDMS- ( PLANT DESIGN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

Pipe routing.

Supporting structure modeling and Equipment modeling.

P&ID evaluation and clash check.

Isometric Extraction.

Equipment Design, Pressure Vessel Design, Rotating Equipment Design. o Interaction with Civil electrical Department for structural design purpose.

Drain vent for outlet pipe along with Spray system.

Understanding line number for pipe specification, diameter, pipe length and purpose of pipe.

3.NDT Level-II (MT, PT, UT, RT).

Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment and Perform specialized inspections and supervise others.

Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities using NDT methods of inspection

Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict

adherence to safety regulations, organize and report test results

Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results

ACADEMIA

Higher secondary school.

B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from University of Periyar Maniammai, Thanjavur (2013).

NDT Level II Certification (Radiography).

UT, MT, PT Certification are a plus.

Advance post graduate program in piping design and engineering certificate from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune (Feb 2014 – Dec 2014).

Degree Certificate Is Attested By Ministry Of External Affairs.
