I am a Printing Press / Cutter Operator, with 17 years + experience in all aspects of flexographic industry, also have strong knowledge on Gravewer and Lithography printing as well. I have knowledge on several stocks substrate printing and treatments for best results and better application with process inks. I have also worked on laminating and delaminate stock for booklets printing.

Professional Accomplishment :

Presses I have obtained experience on include; Comco 18" flexo narrow web 13 units, Bobs Lemanic flexo 46" 10 units process ink inline Cutter, Champlain Gravewer 7 units 48" wide web with reversible units for inside stock printing, Zerand printing press 46"wide web 9 units UV ink and UV lamps inline Cutter.

I have learned how to work with ink technicians to match color standards.

Worked with customer and supervisor to get the specifications and dimensions of label correct for production.

I have successfully established a new way of stocking printing plates in a way that they don't get damaged and saved for the next time around.

Learned to keep the aniloxes well protected to avoid unwanted damaged and prolong the life expand for longer usage also keep record of questionable aniloxes to avoid down time

When approaching an "MR" for upcoming job, check the next job jacket and make sure all materials and paper work are ready. That way we don't lose time looking for missing materials or information about next job (avoiding down time is crucial).
