By laying out the mechanical room and sizing and configuring the ductwork and piping systems to the spaces.

Adam’s Mark Hotel – Northbrook, IL – Remodeled a six story hotel into an Adam’s Mark Hotel removed thru the wall units for the guest rooms and replaced with tri-water heat pump system. Replace and reworked the ductwork and equipment for meeting rooms and lobby area using AutoCAD 14. Ran loads using Carrier E20-II program, sized equipment with Trane Topps program and sized piping and ductwork systems. I laid out the mechanical room for the boiler, pumps, and the fluid cooler. I edited the specification and reviewed the shop drawings. Performed the initial field survey and inspected project during construction.

Clara Barton Hospital, Hoisington, KS – Addition to the hospital consisting of four operating room, recovery / prep area, 25 patient rooms and some remodel work to the existing hospital from the new HVAC equipment.
