Strong branch manager for 3 years of customer servicing, employee hiring and training. I was later moved over to the main bank office to be the loan and collection manager. The bank unfortunately had to close out fully in 1994.
LOAN MANAGER at Lincoln-Way Federal Bank in New Lenox, IL (12 years 1977 to 1989):
I was highly appreciated loan and collection manager, and additional president manage adjustments of customer servicing, employee training, and the bank cash balancing. The President constantly enjoyed me and sadly the bank was forced to close out in 1989. My famous father had created this bank in 1975 and the President called me in 1977 to join this nice bank.
LOAN MANAGER at Louis Joliet Bank & Trust Company in Joliet, IL (4 years 1973 to 1977):
Hired as a teller but this president immediately created me to loan & collection manager. Strong customer service and I was also promoted to be Vice-President. My performance was strongly appreciated and I also was involved with employee training in the loan department.
