Job Responsibilities: -
1.Prepare cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans & related data sheets / customer documents.
2.Determine improvements by analyzing cost benefits ratios of equipment, supplies or service application in customer environment, engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, use of materials or services.
3.Review of Tender Documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
4.Ensure the estimate basis is “Current Cost” and escalation is properly covered.
5.Proactively work to ensure Clients RFQ Technical & Commercial Bid Evaluations are completed in timely manner.
6.Direct Client Interaction, and Interdepartmental co-ordination, Technical Review and ensuring scheduled deliverables.
7.Performing the detail engineering in Flow Equipment used in various projects in Oil & Gas Sector –Refineries & Petrochemicals.
8.Managing activities pertaining to tendering, negotiating/finalization of deals and order processing.
9.Managing a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment with speed accuracy and volume. In after sales support, providing technical back up and required.
10.Prepare and deliver production schedule presentations explaining products lead time or service & also arrange deliveries.
11.Follow ups the procurement, production & planning to get materials ready on time & logistic to deliver it on schedule.
12.Working on ERP Software Microsoft Dynamic AX to have easy access of info about job to everyone in organization.

1.Design and optimization of mechanical components of flow elements

Manifold Valve, Multistage Meter Run, Pitot-Tube, etc.
2.Generating and designing Machine Drawings and issued to the manufacturing unit with Production Schedule
3.Develops manufacturing drawings / designs accordance with applicable standards
