Accomplishments:

Increased employee satisfaction survey by employee engagement activities and creating an environment where employees can utilize the “open door” policies to improve culture and create buy in with the management team.

Integral part in reducing attrition from 2015 number by over 50% year to date. The attrition number in 2015 was 343 and currently at 90 employees.

Accomplishments:

Increased distribution staff from 43 associates to 86 within a three month timeframe. This allowed the distribution center to function at 100% and help enhance productivity to ensure over 125 Stores received the necessary consumable products to place on their shelves daily.

Scored a 100% on PetSmart DC Internal Audit in February 2015. This resulted in the DC receiving a combined score of 95%.

Scored the highest people pulse results within the HR Department at the DC than any former HR Managers. Increased People Pulse results by over 15% while providing associates with an open door environment to share ideas and feelings regarding topics and issues that could be perceived as unproductive if left unattended.

Integral partner in the successful implementation of the new Halogen performance/appraisal system. The company was unable to implement this and it sat on the shelf for two years prior to taking over the project.

Responsible for the successful sourcing, interviewing and pre-boarding of all new hired management team members. Utilize key recruiting staff to maximize the fill date and meet or exceed the 90 day closure target for each position.

Design, write and approve position descriptions for all positions that are being sourced within the organization.
