Promoted continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for which care is provided. Maintained a clean, orderly and well-stocked environment. Where I work they have different coordinator roles such as, care, food, scheduling, and housekeeping. I have done all of them. So for scheduling I was in charge of it for the cottage I work in, which consisted of making sure all shifts are covered and changing things on the computer. As for the care coordinating role I did, that consisted of me going to meetings for the elders, knowing how to change things on the computer, shower days, schedule weekly vitals, and monthly weights. Those are skills I can bring to the table.
