Art gallery started from the ground up where I recruited artists and artisans who displayed their work. I was responsible for and created all aspects of my business. I also organized monthly art shows and sold art online.
Pinpoint Boring - Owner 1 – 1992 – 11- 2016
Delivery service & construction company from my home in Jacksonville, Florida until I moved to North Carolina. In 1998 I started a directional boing construction company where I was responsible for acquiring jobs and all the day to day operations of a company.
River Oaks Apartments – Manager 1987 – 1992 – Decade Properties, American Properties - Georgia
I was responsible for the day to day operations of a 400 and 300 unit complex. I was expected without supervision to obtain the company goals and get the complex upgraded as it was on the market for sale. Upon the sale of the property, I was put in charge of The Oaks at Timiquana where the owner’s objective was again to re-sell. The 300 unity property was in poor condition and it was my responsibility to upgrade 60% of the individual units and the entire exterior of the buildings and grounds. Occupancy was up 30% at the time of sale.

City and Federal HUD 120 unit property where I was responsible for qualifying applicants, budgets, personnel and the day to day operations. Maintenance, rents, quality control, resident relations.
