NGO visits – Have visited 15+ NGOs across India. Visit objective is to broadly cover points related to screening of NGOs Programmatic level, financial transparencies and on ground quality service delivery.

Verification Visits – Have carried out 200+ visits for 80+ NGOs across India. On account of visiting beneficiary locations across various states in all over India including remote locations. Assess and verify the benefits given to the beneficiary as per the feedback given by the NGO. Further reporting back to the donor by preparing a report of the visit and upload it to GiveIndia website.

Listing NGOs on GiveIndia platform in adherence of the norms and listing criteria – Carrying out due diligence process while listing an NGO on GiveIndia platform by scrutinizing the legal as well as financial documents mandate for the listing process. Being a Relationship manager of a certain set of NGOs, ensure time to time support and guidance.

Renewals and Fund utilization reports – Following up with NGOs for yearly listing renewals and timely submission of the fund utilization certificates against the disbursements made.

MIS maintenance– Maintaining and tracking of monthly feedback MIS for smooth functioning and submission feedback reports on given period and deadlines. Provide necessary feedback templates to the NGO as soon as the disbursement is made for a specific month.

Feedback management – Ensure the timely submission of feedback reports as per timeline given. Editing and finalizing the content, pictures and details of beneficiaries as well as transactions before sending to the donor or uploading on the site. Following up with NGOs on overdue and Soon to be overdue reports.

Capturing videos of beneficiaries – Taking beneficiary videos on feedbacks of the benefit received and the role of NGO while delivering it and also ensuring the benefits received are as per proposed quantity and quality.

Editing visual contents –Make the video ready to share with donors, PRG/ORG teams by editing the content of the video and audio with editing software’s.

Content writing and editing –Writing posts on beneficiary success stories and experiences during the VVs on Work Place (Facebook).

Professional Experience

GiveIndia – Credibility Assurance Team

Role: Senior Executive Duration: 2015 to 2017 (2 years)

GiveIndia is a donation platform that allows you to support a cause of your choice from about 200 NGOs that have been scrutinized for transparency & credibility.

Planning and implementing Verification visits to meet beneficiaries (PAN India) and perform NGO visits as a part of Due diligence process – Covered 15+ NGOs for due diligence and 200+ verification visits of 80+ NGOs.

States visited Karnataka, MP, UP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Chennai, Uttarakhand, Odisha and Assam.

Capturing and editing VV videos, sharing photos, success stories, due diligence and verification visit reports to the SBU head and ORG/PRG team – Captured around 50+ videos of beneficiary and edited almost 20+ videos.

Act as a Relationship Manager for listed NGOs on Give India platform and execute processes such as new listing, Renewals, Fund Utilization Certificates, etc – Handled 50+ NGOs

Interact with NGOs on regular basis to build a very good rapport.

Rigorously follow up with the NGOs to ensure timely submission of feedback reports and provide support as per need.

Understand the NGO's programme and work with them to write engaging stories on a need basis.

Asha MahilaSanstha–Targeted Intervention Unit

Role: Project Manager Duration: 2010 to 2015 (5 years)

Asha MahilaSanstha is Community Based Organization, formed and runned by the Female Sex workers of the Red Light area of Kamathipura & Khetwadi. CBO is working towards HIV/AIDS/STI awareness amongst the marginalized core group.

Monitored the functioning of the TI project and supervise the work of all the Staff as per CBO HR Policy and DACS operational guidelines.

Monitored the transit activities where ever applicable.

Deputized for the Project Director in his absence and assisted to organize Advocacy and linkages activities.

Organized in house trainings for the capacity building of the other staff byassessing the training requirements and communicating the same with the Technical support unit and DACS.

Analyzed the progress of the TI project activities and shared the same with action Points in the monthly staff meeting.

As a third person, carried out important communications between CBO and funding Agency, Submission of Monthly MIS reports, Dashboards and Indicators to the DACS.

Prepared Presentations of Monthly Review meetings to showcase the Achievements and performance of the TI project.

Conducted Supportive supervision visits to respected areas of the staff and gather feedbacks for better service delivery.

Organized and hosted various community events and Get to gathers.

Conducted Exposure visits for Cross learning and Experience sharing with other organizations throughout India.

Assisted in preparation of half yearly progress report of the activities of the Evaluation and Oversight unit.

Acted as the reporter of the divisional review and oversight committee and as such ensure that all project activities include a proper monitoring & Evaluation plan.

1. Developed and introduced a Master Tracking Sheet, a database that included Day to day information of various TI
