Quality Control Management

Manage all kind testing (Concrete workability test, Durability test and Compressive strength test of hardened concrete) of incoming materials and outgoing materials in the plants.

Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities

Checking and finished all testing’s of raw materials like aggregates ad-mixtures & cements products. Checked and solved quality related problem and ensure not to happen in future.

Manage instant workability tests of the fresh concrete (Slump, flow and concrete temperature testing of fresh concrete, Setting Time, Air Content, Water Demand, Hardness, LTM & PTM, applications, etc.).

Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists team in solving work problems. Implementing & Developed products with team of R& D Department.

Regular Visits to sites and client offices in Dubai, Sharjah and Jebel Ali area to solve the problems of Quality related issues.

Liaising with Clients, Customers and Suppliers at a senior level on quality issues, customer complaints and continual improvement.

Supervising all Development work in the three ready-mix plants of Dubai, Sharjah and Jebel Ali area.

Carried out Safety Management Program and keep all kind raw material technical data sheet and material safety data sheet for health and safety region.

Internal audits and follow up with proper documentation and corrective actions.

Prepare quality control schedules to improve quality and efficiency.

Supervise and inspect products prior to dispatching.

Procurement Management

Responsible for procurement all laboratories testing equipments, calibration from authorized calibration company.

(B) Job Profile

Business Unit: Gulf Engineering House, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Position : Lab - Supervisor

Tenure : Since 5th April 2011 – Sept.2013

Supervision of all testing work, Describing soil parameter and preparing Borehole logs.

Supervised to, laboratory technicians in conducting field and laboratory tests for soil, aggregate concrete, asphalt and chemical test in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO,BS & BSEN standards.

Ensure proper quality in placing concrete consolidation, curing, product handling and storage procedures.

Taking representative test samples and performed all required testing. Review certificate and testing of material as per client requirement Ensuring proper records as per quality assurance and control procedure, handling the internal and external Quality Assurance Audit.

Coordinate with client, Consultant, QC Engineers and Engineers Representative for inspection and submit request for inspection prior to concrete pouring, earth work and pavement testing.
