September 2013 to February 2016 & July 2016 to 29th April 2017:

REGIONAL HEAD – TN & KL, PONDY & Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Secure Value India Ltd., Based out of Chennai Office.

Complete control & monitoring of Entire Cash Management Operations : ATM, CIT, DSB, CASH BURIAL & MEN BEHIND COUNTERS. Successfully operating. Started with 1 employee self and 0 ATM on 2nd September 2013 and as on date, all the regionals put together handling around 7000 ATMs and total number of employees around 1700. Clean business, taken Company’s reputation at its highest level for best timely service delivery.

2012 to August 2013: CONSULTANT IN TATA COMMUNICATIONS PAYMENTS SOLUTIONS LTD. (TATA GROUP). ATM CASH MANAGEMENT DIVISION.

Instrumental in making 730 atm sites cash live for various Nationalized Bank and SBI Group in Tamil Nadu. Few challenges of SBI met with ease. Attended various business meetings with Bank Officials at top level. Good communicator and present the scenario properly to the clients for better clarity.

April 2012 to July 2012: National Manger Operations at Pro-Interactive Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. Handling Pan India Operations interacting with MSPs viz. Diebold, FSS, FIS, AGS, TCBIL, etc. on regular basis.

Sep 2011 to Feb 2012:

Regional Head for TN & KL : At Pro-Interactive Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., handling cash management services. Also on deputation for a fortnight as National Manager Operations.

Achievement: Streamlined the Complete operations in Tamil Nadu, on all fronts. I helped the organization in removing around 43 unidentified employees from the organization thereby protecting the PF, ESI payment which was going out of the exchequer. Amount saved: Rs.52000/-p.m.

FLM CALLS escalation brought down to less than 2% from 25%. Good rapport with MSP.

December 2010 to June 2011:

Served in SDB as State Head for KARNATAKA Region with base office at Bangalore. Taking care of entire Operations & Business of the State on Cash Management Solutions. Was handling 5 branches and controlling a team of around 520 plus.

Number of ATM: 500.

Number of Doorstep Banking Pick ups per day across the state: 1000 plus. Number of cash vans under my care: 70 plus.

Also additional vehicles would be pumped in as and when required.

Cash Burial: Per day disposal around Rs.1.50 crores.

In December 2010, when I took charge it was around 75 lacs plus and when I left in June first week of 2011, it stood at around 1.4 crores per month. I believe in post sale service and enjoy watching while the business swells.

Entire cash management for WORLD CUP CRCIKET MATCHES FOR KSCA was handled by me for ICICI Bank client.

For the same Bank, I also handled the entire cash management for IPL Matches for ROYAL CHALLENGERS, BANGALORE.

BOTH THE EVENTS WERE CONDUCTED AT KSCA STADIUM, BANGALORE.

THE ENTIRE OPERATION WAS CONDUCTED SO SMOOTHLY RIGHT FROM ARRANGING COUNTERS FOR SELLING THE TICKETS AND MOVEMENT OF CASH FOR THE CLIENT FROM THE STADIUM TO THE VAULT AND THEN TO THE RESPECTIVE BANK.

14th September 2009 to November 2010:

Head – Business Development attached to Corporate Office, SDB CISCO India Ltd., Chennai but operating from Mumbai Sewri Office.

Slowly settling down to cater to the needs of various banks across India.

14th September 2009 to date:

Achievement in this four months : Generated fresh business from different banks and the annual billing would be around 6 crores. Addition to that business on pipeline is more than Rs.15 crores per annum. ( all connected to cash management services)

January 2008 to 12th Sep 2009 :

Regional Operations Head – CMS Securitas Ltd. – Cash Management Organization covering two states Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Operating from Chennai.

Achievements during the tenure as Regional Operations Head –

Total outstanding in the market at the time of taking over was Rs.3.97 crores and brought it down to running outstanding in the market to Rs.15.00 lacs. Had a wonderful rapport with all the bankers across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Being an ex-banker, I was very comfortably handling all escalations with ease.

CASH Burial – Reconciliation which was not done for more than 2 years was made ON LINE. Cash handling charges were brought down from Rs.2.00 per 1000 rupees to 58paisa per 1000 by opening bank accounts keeping these charges in mind. Created a good reconciliation team for this and allocation of accounts to locations were done on a daily basis for proper checking and monitoring of both inflow and outflow funds.

Had a personal rapport with each and every employee (around 880 employees) and made sure that there were no IR issues.

Arrested huge frauds and brought it to NIL.

Terminated 28 employees without any hesitation when I found them they were on the wrong side including officers.

2006 Jan – to December 2007 :Running an export company – Merchant Exporter

Dealing in Foodstuff & Non-foodstuff items.

Sectors being covered – Mauritius & Reunion.

Have also become a business partner of Overnite Express Limited –

The system is formulated in such a way that the office can function without my physical presence in the office premises.
