Human Resources Generalist
Provide HR services and senior leadership for a 400+ employee distribution center including 1 direct report. Support recruitment and selection, employee relations, implementation and coordination of policies and procedures, ongoing merit and step review process, community outreach, benefits administration, recognition programs and regulatory compliance.
Recruitment & Selection Conduct all aspects of large-scale interview events (100-400 candidates) including: managing requisition approval process, strategic transfers, and employment offers.

Produced 7 recruiting events resulting in 3 management position hires in 90 days. Analyze data to determine cost effectiveness of recruitment sources, turnover trends, cost per recruitment.
