Lone onsite liaison between customer and all Ryder teams that supported customer. Brought cross functional teams in MI and TX into action to ensure client objectives in Hebron were met.

Responsible for managing carrier base of 60 TL and 15 LTL carriers in US and Canada. Communicated performance to them via a monthly scorecard system and worked with carrier base to improve service levels, EDI compliance and tender acceptance.
