As current Director I have been in charge of and responsible for the entire company operations, including but not limited to, individual operations, management hiring, support level hiring, training, menu development, corporate rules and regulations, new store development, site selection, etc. Comp store net sales have risen an average of 20% over my first year.

CUTTING EDGE PIZZA LLC T/A LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA HARTFORD, CT August 2014 – August 2016

District Manager

I was a DM in the Baltimore MD market with this 61 store franchise. During my tenure I opened 2 stores in the Baltimore market and added them to my District. In my first quarter as DM, I was ranked in the top 25% as a District in sales increase and EBITDA and was used to trouble shoot other under-performing Districts and support in their turn around.

SAVERS, INC. October 2013 – August 2014

District Manager

Hired as a DMIT with this growing thrift store chain. I was in charge of the store in Falls Church VA which is one of the top three grossing stores in the country, and rebuilt the hourly and salaried management teams while exceeding sales and profit expectations.

KABABJI BEIRUT, LEBANON October 2012 – April 2014

Director of USA Operations

During my tenure I was in charge of rebuilding the brand of this full service, fine dining concept. I was based out of the flagship store in DuPont circle in Washington, DC and also coordinated sales of two separate food trucks and also helped negotiate new site locations.

Increased comp sales by an average of 8% over the second half of 2013 by focusing on guest service, quality food, improved atmosphere and exceeding expectations.

Rolled out new marketing initiatives to drive awareness and brand image through multi-media marketing, focusing on the neighborhood interaction and helping people understand who we are.

Reduced employee turnover to 18% by tuning into team member needs and taking the time to insure they knew their role in our concept and how important they were.

AU BON PAIN BOSTON, MA June 2011 – September 2012

Area Director

Hired on as Area Director based on outstanding managerial performance within MD/DC/VA markets. Oversaw 6-8 company cafes, with two cafes being 24 hour operations and remote production facilities. Lead and directed 7 General Managers and collaborated with a Regional Manager, HR Manager, Regional Recruiter, and multiple other support personnel.

Increased comp sales by an average of 10% from 2011 to 2012 through alignment of regional operations with corporate missions/goals and rebuilding café level management and crew teams.

Implemented ABP ‘way of thinking’ management model as an area standard of core quality, service, team building, and cleanliness which in turn led to increased sales and improved guest connect scores.
