Maintained production support for clients in using financial applications. Provided daily operational and help desk support for a sustainment contract. Provided weekend production system support including startup-shutdown operations, bringing up the Oracle Financials environment and monitoring the Concurrent Managers. Provided support for client’s users’ interface to GL, AP, PO and AR modules. Provided evening on-call support, monitoring load transfer from a legacy system into Oracle environment and finally into Oracle Financials environment. Provided period end support for billing and month end closing at the end of each month. Monitored data warehousing reports daily. These reports are produced from each nightly load data, and are processed and fed into Oracle Discoverer reports, producing reports and later stored into Portal Report Repository. The reports are then sent out to the customer via email on a daily basis.
