Lowes Customer Support Center, Albuquerque, NM October 2016-April 2017

CC Base Agent A

Worked in Lowes Call Center, answering phone calls and called customers regarding delivery services. Listened attentively and empathetic, while on call I would notate constantly of the customer’s story/request/questions. Learned new programs immediately and adapted to the work environment, multitask on multiple screens with multiple programs in usage. I’d inform the customer about appliances/connections along with their order, making sure they knew if the needed extra connections. I would verify/review information with the customer to let them know I’m listening. When customers request more information, I would do my best to acquire that information if I did not know (learning new information helped with future calls). Once I had their delivery set and/or tracked I would ask if they need any more information, if not I would end the call by thanking them for choosing Lowes along with my name and lastly, I would offer the customer the survey.

Alorica Customer Support Center, Albuquerque, NM June 2017-Present

La Quinta Reservation Agent

Worked with Alorica called center, branch of La Quinta answering phone calls, and provided service to guest with making a reservation(s). I open the call with thanking the guest for calling the La Quinta location along with my name, then proceeding with obtaining their name and continue to greet them by last name. Provide the guest with commitment I will provide them information/service remarks, obtaining information of day of arrival, how many nights, number of rooms/adults/children/pets. Interaction with the guest was most important, asking “what brings them to town?”, letting me know what I can offer in the hotel or surrounding areas. I would offer a rate of two rooms (the highest and lowest cost) with description, most importantly assuming the sale. Any additional information/policies (parking/pets/checking in/out) I would provide to the guest with no surprising fee(s) when arrival. When a room is chosen, I would obtain the valued information of name, address, phone number, email (optional), credit card information, and with any special request(s). Confidentially is most important when the credit card is in use, we would use a “Card Scrubber” to make sure the card information is protected. Lastly, we would review the reservation with the guest and make sure everything is correct. After confirming we asked the guest if there is any additional information they needed, if not we would say “You’re All Set” and thank them for choosing La Quinta.
