Project Description: IBM TRIRIGA application development and customization for real estate management, portfolio management, space and facilities management. TRIRIGA is a Lease Administration System used by the Corporate Real Estate team. It contains details about the RoW property portfolio such as address, space and key lease terms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Users on tickets raised.

2. Attend the Ad-Hoc requests raised by Clients related to reports and other stuff.

3. Development in the TRIRIGA Application. Developing BIRT Reports.

4. Certificate Renewal of Servers.

5. Provide Estimates to CR's raised.

6. Raise PMR's for product bugs and apply the solution/workaround if feasible.

7. Checking logs for errors and carrying out weekly maintenance activity which improves Application performance. Making changes in TRIRIGA.webproperties. And also in the Oracle WebLogic and the TRIRIGA Admin Console. Clearing Caches and run cleanup jobs in the system. Make changes in Configuration files.

8. Creating new organizations (External, Internal, Landlord or Tennant).Creating Geographical locations (Country, City, etc.). Creating new unit of measures. (For e.g.: Currency).

9. Creating Profiles for Users and providing them with the access to the tool according to their security group.

10. Handling interfaces that run to and from TRIRIGA. In our implementation Building data comes into TRIRIGA through an interface from another application. I manage the building data in the application after the interface run.

11. Completing System Change requests created by users for creating organizations or other related activities.

12. Using SQL statements for retrieving data from databases. For E.g.: User details and their login data.

13. Integrating various business objects and forms with different associations to develop reports according to the requirements.

14. Developing requirement specific documents. Use of Document manager in TRIRIGA to upload documents to leases.

1.Worked on CA Clarity v13.0, v13.3 and currently on v14.3.

2.Upgraded CA Clarity from v13.0 to v14.3.

3.Performed migration activities during Upgrade (Portfolio, Lookup, saved filters).

4.Impact Analysis of Upgrade from v13.0 to v14.3 on the existing Clarity System.

5.Propose Solutions for Impacted System during Upgrade.

6.Create SQL entities to support integration between Clarity and the Legacy System.

I received this award for my performance during the Upgrade project of Clarity v13.0 to v14.3. This was a very important upgrade for our client. I was responsible for some important requirements which were in scope of the Upgrade release and also the Production deployment of all the requirements. I also coordinated the changes that had to be done from the server side.

I was also a part of the Best Team in the organization for our successful delivery of the Upgrade Release of the CA Clarity tool from v13.0 to v14.3.
