EDUCATION

I am a graduate of Blountstown High School, Blountstown, Florida. General studies.

Had VOE in high school, which taught me how to use different types of office

equipment, typing, and shorthand.

EXPERIENCE

January 2017 – March 2017 Bay Medical Sacred Heart Hospital. I answered phones, charted the

doctors orders in the patient's files, greeted guests that came onto the 5th floor. Made

appointments for procedures that were set up.

September 2015 – September 2016 Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. I answered phones,

and sent to the right Advisors, scheduled appointments on the computer calendar,

scanned documents into the accounts, made out the deposit forms, collected the mail

and directed it to the right people.

August 2013 – August 2014 General Dynamics in Lynn Haven, Florida. I answer

phone calls, helping people sign up for insurance with the Affordable Care Act, help

them with any problems that they have, and search for answers to any questions they

have. I also do Webchats, where I help people with questions that they have with

problems concerning their applications.

June 2005 – August 2012. Panhandle Educators Federal Credit Union on School

Avenue in Springfield, Florida. I was in Member Services, opened accounts, worked on

the switchboard, and also worked on the teller line.

April 2004 – June 2005. Lawyers Title Agency of North Florida on Highway 77 in

Panama City, Florida, where I was the Cashier/Bookkeeper.

July 2002 – April 2004. NCSC Federal Credit Union on Thomas Drive in Panama City

Beach, Florida. I started to work as a Senior Teller, and within three months moved to

Assistant Head Teller. In June 2003, I moved to the Loan Department where I was

Credit Card and Loan Processor.

August 2000 – July 2002. Callaway Branch of AmSouth Bank on Tyndall Parkway in

Panama City, Florida where I was the Head Teller.

April 1999 – July 2000. AmSouth Bank on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach,

Florida where I was a Senior Teller.
