Influential member of a high-yielding marketing team, I was solely responsible for all aspects of both internal conferences and the company’s presence at industry, ERP-specific and user group events in the US, EMEA and APAC markets. Additionally, I cooperated with sales and customer success while strategizing both immediate and long-term campaigns. Reduced per person spend of annual user group conference by over 40%, from previous year, while elevating the quality of the experience by activating conference planning expertise and vendor connections

Guided overhaul of tradeshow exhibit/collateral program through analysis of cost, usage and efficiency, then researching equipment options and vendors. New 20x20 exhibit environment realized $9000 savings per use and returned full investment after three uses.
