Complete P&L ownership of a multi-location coffee roasting, packaging and warehousing business through effective departmental management of shipping, receiving, warehouse, production planning, maintenance, E-commerce, roasting plant and four unique packaging environments

Lead manufacturing, facilities, maintenance, staffing and software improvements/upgrades through Project Management

oDesign and installation oversight of an upgraded Nitrogen Bulk Application, backup generator and compressor systems to improve energy efficiencies and expand manufacturing capabilities

oDesigned and acted as General Contractor on three separate construction projects which expanded production environments by 32,000 square feet, one of which contained a negative pressure environment to accommodate production of sugar based products

Operations Manager 2013
