Director IT Project Management

Managed a team of 10 PM’s responsible for multiple Enterprise IT and Facilities projects. Responsibility included monthly project portfolio reporting, resource management and financial tracking using Clarity reports and project data. Participated in CIO project “SWAT” team reviews to address at risk projects. SWAT reviews consisted of overall project scope and WBS presentations and in depth analysis of project risks with CIO direct reports.

Directly managed multiple IT, Cyber Security and facilities relocation projects including, but not limited to:

Enterprise NAS data storage project - included implementation of primary and DR NAS nodes for storage and management of all unstructured data, identification and sequencing of all unstructured data source migrations, data copies and cutovers to production, establishment of operational procedures for access controls, identification and approvals of all retention requirements and establishment of retention and disposition schedules.
