25th march to 30th june worked as safety officer in reliance industries ltd in contract with s.r.turbo energy pvt.ltd

one year in Adn fire and safety pvt ltd as safety officer from 1july 2015 to 31june 2016.

Handled project of Adn fire.and safety pvt ltd client of vestian global,pune as assistant project incharge.

Recently.engaged with Godrej and Boyce Mfg co,ltd at guwahti.

NATURE OF JOB

1.Comply with safety law, norms, standards, work permit system safe work procedure.

2.Coordinate and motivate safety educational and training program.

3.To promptly inculcate the spirit of safety among workers by launching safety campaigns in the form of observing safety weeks and through other audiovisual aids including arranging contents, talks and seminars to organize safety promotional activities.

4.To identify hazardous task and process as well as hazardous zones in the worker place with suitable demarcation of such zones.

5.To ensure that personal protective equipments are in working condition and being used by workers in hazardous situations.

6.To formulate and select suitable remedial and corrective measure in order to contain or minimize unsafe procedure, practice and hazards of various, hazards of various nature.

7.To inspect fire fighting equipments and to see that they are in working condition.

8.To update review and enforce the fire detection and fire control system in addition training and educational programs on fire prevention and fighting.

9.Checking PPE like safety shoes, Helmet, Goggles, Hand gloves, safety harness.

10.Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Conduct toolbox meeting.

11.Welding – inspection of tools and equipment used in welding process check for adequate ventilation or exhaust fans for extraction of fumes.

12.Housekeeping- Check all stairways, passageways and gangways kept free from materials and obstruction of any kind should be removed.

13.Inspected all scaffolds and relayed information of engineered drawings re: erections and dismantling.

14.Maintained records and submitted them to the company’s auditing body.

15.Implemented health and safety (proactively and reactively), through regular meetings with the dedicated health and safety team. Also inspecting work areas on safety walk-around
