This project deals with the development of feed shoe for hydraulic press and the drawing is being done by using Pro ENGINEERING WILD FIRE 5.0

Responsibilities include confirming suppliers adopt all design requirements into their control plan, reviewing detailed part data and confirm that suppliers inspection plan will accurately measure all critical areas of the part.

Reducing part dimensional/appearance concerns through early interface with design, then assure control methods of qualifying parts.

Interface between product development & manufacturing to ensure requirement of design and performance.

Attend design review meeting and conference calls on open issues and coordinating between design, manufacturing plant and suppliers.

Drawbacks were inspected and the new part designed with all parameters overcome the problems and part design is having all good adjustments made which can work efficiently.

Project Engineer (Project based) January 2015 – May 2015

This project is mainly composed of vehicle design and construction (Solar stand-By bike).

Performed lead role in material cost management activities for solar stand-by bike.
