Pay Rate: $15.50 Hr.
My position is to ensure that all incoming and outgoing orders are completed in a timely manner and all necessary documentation is correct. My duties include: Receipt of all incoming products, to insure orders are complete and accurate. Troubleshoot any order inaccuracies, vendor returns or credits issues. Approve all incoming invoices for on-time payments. Update system with current products and pricing as they change on a daily basis. Handle all vendor requests and payments. Provide administrative assistance such as report generation, memos, letters of completion, policy and procedures, vendor approval letters. Daily faxing, photo copying and scanning of all incoming purchase orders, revisions and any vital documentation required are completed to insure availability and accuracy. Schedule pickup and delivery of Fedex, UPS and shipping daily.
