Description : This Project intend is to add a new application for existing ISA system where the RLG manually input the details of system cheques issued (data from report), manual cheques issued (data from a RLG owned spreadsheet) and any CHAPS payments into the 57 Account Database (is MS-Access Database) to assist with the total balance required in the client money account. A bank statement for the client money account is extracted daily from Financial Director. This statement shows the balance in the client money account, details of cheques that have been presented by customers at the bank, transfers of funds into the client money account to cover new system and manual cheques, CHAPS payments that have been made and any other transactions relating to the account. RLG use the bank statement information to reconcile daily against information held in the 57 Account Database. The balance in the client money account must equal the amount of outstanding cheques and CHAPS payments.

Description : The main objective of this project is to receive data from EDI856 and acknowledge through ASN system .This mainframe Datacom application manages merchandise at the unit level once it is received at our Distribution Centers. Carton and unit level information is received from the EDI856 data. Carton data is then fed to the Direct Sortation system. The RCV application also interfaces with our item inventory and accounting applications to “book” goods received by store, making them available for vendor payment.
