Duties
Have the knowledge and the experience to balance the project constrains and manage all the efforts to achieve the project objectives.
Manage the execution of all civil activities.
Review the invoices of sub-contractors before payments
Handling all items to consultant and made their comments.
Report all above to the construction manager.
Develop and lead the team of work to perfect their jobs.
Follow up IR, NCR, Material and other Q.C. reports.
Review and approve the method of statements, work procedures, quality plans, Inspection and test plans.
Revise the daily inspection request and submit it to the client.
Follow up the quality of materials arrived to the site.
Coordinate with the client’s inspection team for final & approved inspections.
To inspect the works on site according to the ITP`s, method of statement and Specification and report these inspections to the head of department.
To ensure that subcontractors are working in accordance with the latest issue of project procedures, specifications, and drawings.
Follow up the tests for the civil works and civil materials arrived to the site.
Issue NCR whenever a non-conformance has been found. Personal Skills
