Built a custom Recruitment flow system using EBS template.fmb form

Design, Develop, train & support new applications integrated with Oracle E-Business suite, consists of new forms (screens) to allow user to work faster using simple data entry forms to increase productivity & complete transactions of Sales accounting & Inventory users

Setup the necessary accounts & Develop an API to transfer payroll result to GL journals.

Develop new Oracle (analytical & in process) reports for users to help users in daily operational data review & monthly closing for all working modules (including Financial, Supply chain & Sales & Admin department reports ) .. (Report builder and BI publisher).

Responsible for support calls/Service Requests handling with Oracle Company. representatives - Contacting Oracle Company Support team in case of troubleshooting.

Implement and develop Custom self service using workflow builder from scratch.

Generating / Keeping records for Application support calls & troubleshooting History.

Grant and maintain user access rights across the applications as per approved authorization forms & per business needs.

Implement & setup Oracle concerned modules with its core parameters & personalization needed for business analyses & workflow.

Coordinate with Business end users to perform monthly closing for both company Sites including Closing tasks & results review.

Perform Functional closing tasks with coordination with end users such as Create accounting requests & running cost of goods accounting (COGS) with finance.

Perform Diagnostics with users in case of Closing results mismatch until solved.

Manage Open & Close periods for modules (PO, INV, OM….etc).

Perform functional Training for Oracle users on system functions & new features.
