Working with Al Raeda Consultancy & Quality at Doha, Qatar as a Food Safety and HACCP Consultant and Trainer, since July 2017 to till date.

Worked with ITC Hotels (ITC Gardenia Bengaluru The Luxury Collection Starwood Hotel, My Fortune Hotel Bengaluru and WelcomHotel Vadodara) as a Food Safety Executive, from Sept, 2011 to June 2017.

SCOPE OF WORK

Expertise in Development, implementation and Monitoring Food Safety & Quality System including HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, Food Allergen, Starwood, FSSAI, facility Hygiene, Equipment Calibration, Laboratory techniques, Training & Audit Management; Skilled in designing and communicating effective Food Safety control Programs to meet consumer, Regulatory requirements and operational needs.

Expertise in ISO 22000 and HACCP third party Audit.

Implementing quality systems / procedures in the organisation to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.

Provide Food Safety awareness & training to the Food Handlers & suppliers.

Food Safety & Hygiene Team Leader and Management Representative for all the Food Safety Audits.

Requisite Documentation, Records, Reports, Planning & & document controls.

Laboratory Infrastructure Configuration.

Investigation of Food-borne Illness/Diseases.

Lead Auditor of ISO: 22000 Food Safety Management system, certification course done by URS training & Assessment Pvt Ltd UK. Certified by IRCA (International Register of Certificated Auditors).

Attended three days FSSAI Train the Food Safety Trainer certification training program and successfully completed, jointly conducted by FSSAI (Food Safety and Standard Authority of India) and Health Ministry, Govt of India.

Attended certification training of CII Food Safety Assessor for CII National Award and successfully completed.

Level- 3 Food safety supervising certification training done by CIEH (Charter Institute of Environment Health) UK.

ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management system Internal Auditor certification training done by URS assessment and training Pvt Ltd.

Selected as Food Safety Assessor of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and was part of the Food Safety Assessor team for Domino’s Pizza Bengaluru for CII Food Safety National Award.

Certificate of Appreciation from CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) for Food Safety Assessment.

Provided Food Safety & Hygiene inputs, conducted Audits & new implementation to the ITC sister Hotels and for the ITC staff canteens like ITC Tobacco Division and ITC Life Science (R&D) Division.

And also for Starwood Hotels i.e. La Meridian Hotel, Aloft etc.
