Duties and Responsibilities:

Verify and check compliance of Camp on day to day basis, Camp Administration, planning and implementation, Cost control, Local purchase, Room allotment as per Company procedure, Accommodations for new arrivals, pick up new arrivals from Air port & checking rooms everyday anybody sick or absent and keep records, Hospital arrangements and Transportation for medical, supervision of house keeping cleaning of all around the Camp area including bath room and toilets, track records for drinking water and removal of sewage water tanker, fully supervision of staff and labors Canteen, Co-ordination with administration Dept, Safety and keep log book maintain for movements of Vehicles and Fire Extinguishers, & Security personals, reporting to Finance Manager everyday and weekly report to the General Manager. Team Size Electrical, Mechanical, Drivers, Cook, Security Personal, Plumbers and special Co-ordination with Municipality Officers. Total worker 1000 to 1200 Labors.

CSA Ltd. Camp ARIFJAN, (Kuwait) as a Supervisor from April 2005 to Sept 2007.

Duties Involved:

Looking after inbound and outbound cargo, container and loose pallets, Performs palletizing and crafting of material for shipment, sort the cargo as per the destinations given and also cargo build as per the place it has be shipped, taking the weight and the measurement of the cargo and finding the cube of the pallet and information to the seniors about the pallet which is ready to be taken to the airport to be shipped, keeping the track of the cargo and finding the cargo with the help of MRO’S (Material Release Order), checking it with inbound manifest given by the concerned department, also delivering the cargo into the truck as and when required. Holding License of 4k, 6k, 10k, and 17k, Hino, Man Truck including TEREX (Super stacker), RTCH (Rough Terrain Container Handler). Making movements of Loads by Forklift, loading and unloading of material and equipment received through various cargo services. Loading and Downloading of Air Force Cargo Pallets with 10k on the truck, Loading and Downloading Container (20, 40&45feet) with RATCH (Terex,).
