Project’s Business Purpose:

Schedule Analysis Control (SAC) project is part of Ford’s Global Order to Delivery (GOTD) Program. The objective of this application is to provide a global view of supply and demand data to the planning analysts so they can effectively communicate constraints and enable decision making. The SAC tool being used to deliver business value is Kinaxis-RapidResponse cloud system.

Responsibilities:

The purpose of these projects was to enhance InterCall’s existing Customer Care System, as well as their new InterCall Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
