Working for an industry leading German multi-national engineering company. Develops and implements global operations plan and budget to support supply chain metrics in accordance with overall business development and growth objectives of the company. Responsible for $500 million annual budget for equipment and inventory. Member of Sales Forecasting Team to review and analyze activities, costs, operations and forecasted data. Instrumental in creating processes that ensure commitment to “world class customer service” while meeting annual profitability goals.

Directs operations for Lead Market (USA, Canada and Mexico), ensuring highest level of efficiency and productivity to meet customer service and quality assurance standards

Using a dynamic invoicing system to produce consistent quality documents for large capital purchases direct to both customers and to finance houses.
