AZ Sourcing is the parent company of a major land development project called, the North American Logistics, Trade and E-Commerce City (NALTEC) which is tomorrow’s business center today. The complex integrates the best of today’s business, hospitality, light industrial, e-commerce, condo and residential concepts to provide an experience center for those visiting, working, or living at NALTEC. The project’s flagship facility, Phoenix Mart, host over 1,700 manufacturers from across the United States and around the World promoting wholesale commerce among participants. Additionally, 12 product centers, 46 warehouses, and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office space will be integral to the world trade at NALTEC as retail and corporate satellite offices add a breadth and depth to the business activities. Hotel and hospitality within NALTEC provide memorable experiences and accommodations to travelers who come to do business at NALTEC. Residential housing will provide luxurious yet affordable living to those working at NALTEC. Spearheaded the Sale of the Company from a public entity to a private equity partner and back again.

Recruited as the corporation's CFO/Controller for North America to evaluate, design, and implement new and existing financial procedures and to expand growth opportunities for the company. Personally managed all relationships of the external auditors, federal and state income tax filings, corporate banking, and business analysis for the Board of Directors.
