Collaborated with various internal departments, managing attorneys, CEO and the collection team, to create and execute various different processes and procedures to maximize collections. Ensured adherence to all compliance and applicable laws. Organized the lawsuit process on consumer, commercial and post judgment accounts, and implemented post judgment remedies; bank & asset levies and wage garnishments;

Exceeded clients liquidation targets by 200%;

Managed the recovery process and workflow on various multimillion dollar portfolios with staff of 10 + collectors;

Increased department’s monthly revenues by an average of 150%; and

Over 20 years of collections/customer service/accounts receivable experience.

April, 1997 - I began my career at the age of 17 as a debt collector with National Financial Systems in Long Island, NY and relocated six months later to a new satellite office in West Palm Beach, FL. I gained experience, excelled and moved forward.

Nov, 1999 - My initial position as an Asset Recovery specialist with Mid-Coast Credit Corp. involved heavy phone work and skip tracing on various debt types such as mortgage liens, credit card, retail, personal and commercial loans and auto deficiencies. I was promoted after one year to team leader and managed the collection work flow process for a team of 15 reps. I was involved with reviewing potential portfolios acquisitions and preparing due diligence reports. I was laid off along with the entire collections dept in May, 2002.

June, 2002 - This was my introduction to medical collections with a small agency, Advanced Credit Control. Heavy phone work for various major medical providers and physician groups from North to South Florida. With no room for advancement or growth, I resigned my position in April, 2004.
