Summary

-Through the Marcy Staffing SQL course I have been taught the fundamentals, practices and many of the terminology necessary to operate effectively within and around SQL server databases.

-Instructed on how to operate and navigate SQL in both a Windows and Linux environment using a virtual machine within a pc with windows as its primary OS.

-Instructed in the creation of objects and the use of Schemas/Users.

-Basic Study in Admin protocols within UNIX SQL, starting up and the various shutdown modes as well as the importance of user and role privileges used to manipulate and alter a database.

-Together with a fellow volunteer we managed the snack bar during the bingo hour at the fire station. Responsible primarily for cleanliness of the work area, management and trust of the money box that served as the cash register and clean up of the work area at snack bar closing hour.

-In the events the guests requested a drink or an accident had occurred, we brought the items in question to the patron and also served a double duty for janitorial clean up to keep the room clean and presentable.

-Assisting other volunteers with their duties if possible.

-As a Sales Consultant for Office depot, my primary duties included stocking, logistics, store space maintenance and assisting customers with questions and business related requests or concerns.

-Before our store would open I ran the Daily Fill Report. This was a logistics inventory report that required me to check stock and items in reserve that were marked and noted by the system to confirm or deny their abundancy and relegate the merchandise on a per-situation basis.

-I was also required to quickly become familiar with the store and the location of specific inventory to best assist customers or coworkers.

-Additionally, I have been trained and possess extensive experience working within the company’s closed network ecosystem to handle and process client orders and shipping orders. This also ties into the technical logistics of operating within the store’s product network to work with the automated system, evaluate and act accordingly based on stock quantity and location.

-My technological knowledge and experience is required and frequently used to assist clients that require an improved with frequent computer and tech related consulting source, as such I have an intermediate to expert understanding of hardware, common professional software, and OS environments of all Windows Versions, Linux and Apple.
