Work Experience :

September 2010 till Now:

Job Role : Senior Accountant in Ezdan Holding Group

Responsibilities: account receivable

Review and analyze general ledger, journal entries, month end close, bank reconciliations, and prepare financial reports for year-end auditors.

Conduct Balance sheet flux and reconcile balance sheet accounts.

Prepare and Review legal cases, filed against tenants and those with financial arrears.

Work with collections personnel to verify status of delinquent accounts and solicit payments on overdue accounts

Interact with various departments to review & validate financial information.

Monitor and analyze tenant accounts.

Review and approve daily undue rent refund & clearance certificate to customers

Review withdrawal checks.

Prepare and analyze monthly work order invoice for big companies.

prepare Revenue Recognition report

Analyzing financial reports, providing feedback, and addressing reconciled items to property manager.

Coordinate with tenants in solving any financial issues.

Calculation of bad debt expense

Responsibilities: Account payable

Prepare and process payment vouchers.

Reconcile general ledger & subsidiary Accounts

Analyze & Reconcile expenses & A/P accounts

Receiving the supplier invoices from the needs follow up department.

Making a review of the invoice items

Review the supplier balance after each transaction and check the movement of the balance.

Preparing the checks for the suppliers.

Make a comparing between the expenses year to date and period to date and explain the reasons of the increase and the decrease.

Prepare a monthly trial balance report.

Make a monthly P & L (profit and loss report)

Prepare Financial statement reports every quarter.

Prepare Journal Vouchers for all routine accruals and prepayments and write-offs.

Assist with preparation of the annual budgets
