Managed projects to deploy Infrastructure changes within Johnson and Johnson Global Data Center Portfolio.

SDDC Workload Virtualization Program (Software Defined Data Center) This program was initiated by J&J to migrate all applications and database into their own private cloud. VMware’s compute, storage and network virtualization into a natively integrated stack used to bring greater flexibility and lower the cost. Agile methodology was used to facilitate application upgrades and migration of workloads into SDDC. Lead the Change Management team to define and streamline the end to end change control process for SOX, GxP and validated systems per CFR 21 part 11 of FDA.

Windows 2000 Server Remediation: This global $ 70 MN program was initiated to remove all the physical servers running on Windows 2000 and to upgrade them to Windows 2003 /2008 (moving them to the data center) depending on the applications running on the server within J&J as part of life-cycle management program.
