. Expert with operating & programming of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

. Hands of experience on precision measuring instruments like Roundness Tester, Profile Projector, Surface roughness Equipment, Linear Height Gauge (2D) &Other Gauges.

. Inspection of different Engine in-house components on CMM as per quality plan.

. Sampling inspection of different bought out components on CMM & Other precision instruments as per quality plan.

. Conduct Internal Process Audits for machine shop quality.

. Carry out layout inspection for the life test components.

. Review of rough machining, casting & machining related problem components.

. Visual inspection of incoming casting components.

. Approving supplier first article as well as PPAP lot submission.

. Interacting with the procurement, engineering, suppliers, production etc on Quality issues.

. Failure Analysis of field returned components as well as at audit & find out the root cause of failure.

. Facilitation root cause analysis and corrective action along with the production for in-house components as well as with vendor & SQE for bought out components.
