Managed 30-50piping technical queries and investigated the related problems, including the drawing of field sketches as per requirements which involved, the virtual design drawing sometimes doesn’t satisfy the client when they do it in practical field, like the position of valves and flanges sometimes do changes based on client requirement and feasibility to erect in that position, small bends or divergence may occur which is not shown in virtual drawing but we do it in the practical field based on requirement. Above than technical, man management is very important when you handle technicians and laborer at site, as their job are very hard core and they remain pumped up anytime, so if you don’t deal with them in delicacy there are every possibility of a rift or clash among them or with the person in-charge at site
